True Love

“Someday after mastering winds, waves, tides and gravity, we shall harness the energies of love, and then, for the second time in the history of the world, man will discover fire.” Teilhard de Chardin

Let’s rediscover fire . . . no one can sensibly comprehend the projected impact of current information age tools on human kind.  The pace of inclusion and rate of change is virtually unsurpassed throughout history.  What I have witnessed within one generation belies all known base line reference points.  Intelligence in general is entering an asymptotic growth curve as the communication of information exchanges at light speed.  Nothing will ever be the same, not culture, not government, not business, not the nuclear family, not social interaction, not even how couples come to meet, fall in love and maintain relationships.  I have seen a dramatic change in the selection criteria and methodology of meeting potential partners between what my generation considered usual, customary and reasonable and the what and how now employed by my now young adult offspring.

One generation removed has produced alien concepts in dating and relationships as human emotion and intelligence converges in a wide variety of informational exchange mediums.  True love and the concept of I may well be sacrificial offerings at the altar of an emerging collective consciousness within the next few generations.  The very cause of compulsion to fall in love, a coalescence of emotion, intellect and the physical between two human beings, the pinnacle of existence and intellectual expansion today, may be irrevocably relegated to the backroom in the second hand store within the next few hundred years.

The great news is that true love is there for you to find and if you explore this site carefully, it may find you.  Why not start by visiting the restaurant at the end of the universe.  Enjoy and please comment often as your opinion really does matter.
